Terms of service
These terms apply to quotations, orders and supply of refurbished IT hardware by RSP Infotech.
Quotations and stock
Product listings on this website are indicative of the categories we supply and do not represent live stock. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation.
Condition and grading
Refurbished units are pre-owned. Cosmetic condition, battery health and any known limitation are disclosed before purchase. Grading terminology is explained on request.
Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, refurbished units carry a 3 months warranty against hardware failure. Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair and consumables. Batteries and adapters may carry a shorter or no warranty period.
Returns
Report any dead-on-arrival or misdescribed unit within the period stated on your invoice. Approved returns are repaired, replaced or credited at our discretion. Bulk orders may be subject to separately agreed return terms.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes on delivery or collection. Transit damage must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.
Data on returned devices
Customers are responsible for backing up and removing their own data before returning any device for service.
