+ What does 'refurbished' actually mean at RSP Infotech?
Every unit is an ex-corporate or trade-returned machine that we inspect, clean, repair where needed and function-test before it goes on the shelf. That includes CPU and RAM diagnostics, storage health checks, battery testing, port and display checks, and a fresh operating system installation.
+ What warranty do I get?
Refurbished units carry a standard 3 months warranty covering hardware faults. Extended cover can be arranged on bulk and corporate orders — ask for terms when you request a quote.
+ Why aren't prices shown on the website?
Refurbished stock moves quickly and pricing depends on configuration, condition grade and quantity. Publishing a fixed price would be misleading. Send an enquiry or WhatsApp us and you'll get current pricing for the exact spec you need.
+ Do you supply in bulk?
Yes — bulk supply is a large part of our business. We handle orders from ten units to several hundred, with matched configurations, staged delivery and GST invoicing.
+ Can I see the machine before buying?
Absolutely. Visit our showroom at CTC Parklane, A Block, 4th Floor, Parklane, Secunderabad during working hours (Mon – Sat, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and test any unit yourself. For bulk buyers we can also arrange a sample unit for evaluation.
+ Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Local deliveries across Hyderabad and Secunderabad are handled directly, and we ship pan-India through insured courier and transport partners for larger consignments.
+ Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. All business purchases are invoiced with GST under 36XXXXXXXXXXXXX, so your company can claim input credit where eligible.
+ Do you buy old IT equipment?
We do purchase working laptops, desktops and servers in lots from businesses upgrading their fleet. Share the model list and quantity and we'll make an offer.
+ Do you handle repairs and upgrades?
Yes — RAM and SSD upgrades, battery and keyboard replacement, screen replacement and general servicing are all handled in-house, including for machines not purchased from us.
+ Is Windows included?
Machines are supplied with a working operating system installed. Licensing options, including genuine Windows licences for corporate deployments, can be quoted separately.
